Alpha Upsilon Delta of Chi Psi Fraternity was refounded in 2003 and stands for undergraduate life that consists of intellectual, moral and social merit. The Alpha promotes an exceedingly strong and selective brotherhood, a mature social atmosphere, and, most of all, fun.
Since the Alpha's refounding Chi Psi at Wake Forest has seen strong growth and an increasingly positive presence in campus life. Members of Chi Psi are involved in active positions in campus organizations such as Student Government, College Republicans, Wake Forest Fishing Club, the Old Gold and Black Newspaper, and the Campus Media Board. A large portion of brothers are enrolled in the Calloway School of Business.
Chi Psis strive to develop and practice characteristics of the True Gentleman, attributes that go beyond simple southern charm. Maturity, charity, and leadership play a specific role in the life of every brother, whether they are at a party, in the classroom, or serving in campus organizations. -January 2010
